ATP testing
Adenosine triphosphate, or ATP for short, is the energy currency of life. ATP is a high-energy molecule found in every cell. Its job is to store and supply the cell with needed energy. This high tech testing is used to verify sanitation by measuring relative light units emitted by living or dead organic material.

On-site Aerobic Plate Count/E.coli /Coliform Testing

Allergen Control Program

Allergen sanitation testing using AllerSnap (measuring protein residues left behind by allergens), and specific allergen lateral flow testing.

Free Fatty Acid Testing

(FFA)

The acid content of edible fats is given by the quantity of free fatty acids. The more free fatty acid in the oil, the greater chance for rancidity.  Powers maintains FFA levels significantly lower than manufactures standards.

High Oleic Sunflower Oil

High oleic sunflower oil is very high in oleic (monounsaturated) acid. The oil has a very neutral taste and provides excellent stability without hydrogenation. High oleic sunflower oil offers a Trans free oil solution.
